Her own mental health journey brought her to Somatics which transformed her life and became her vocation. She’s trained and certified in several somatic modalities, including Somatic Stress Release, Mind-Body Coaching, and Somatic Parts Work. Jaclyn has worked with hundreds of clients one-on-one and in her Body Language Lab course, and reached thousands via her podcast Jaclyn Explores. She is passionate about communicating emerging science about topics like trauma in a lighthearted and accessible way, helping people use their bodies to improve their mental health, and making somatics mainstream and affordable.
