Imagine a virtual gym for mental health with multiple live sessions a day. A morning meditation. A breath break to calm and center. Some movement to move through stress. A restorative practice to end your day. All brief enough to fit easily into your day with the duration and time based on science. You log on and see familiar faces and know that whatever you’re experiencing, you’re not alone. You don’t need to just imagine this, it’s the Mind-Body Membership.

We combine evidence based mindfulness and Somatics to improve your mental and physical health.

Somatics is a field practices that focuses on the body and how emotions appear within the body. It encompasses various approaches and techniques aimed at enhancing bodily awareness

  • We’ve poured over the research and have designed a schedule of practices that measurably improve mental and physical health. If you do at least a practice a day you’re going to feel better.

  • Starting and sticking to a new habit is hard! We offer multiple practices every day of curated practices to make it easy. This takes out the planning process - all you have to do is show up!

  • You’re not alone and your practice shouldn’t be. Join our sessions and practice with other like minded people and facilitators who care.
